# CIVCNCT Japan

> Your direct line to public services. Independent AI assistant by Innovius UG. Not a public authority. Answers without guarantee; the linked official sources are authoritative.

CIVCNCT helps people in Japan with public administration: it finds the right public service, the responsible authority, forms, deadlines, fees, documents to bring, laws and official warnings, and always links the official source. Actions that involve personal data (prefilled forms, letters, submissions) are prepared and confirmed on the user's own device; nothing is sent without an explicit confirmation.

Privacy: in the web app, ShinrAI (https://getshinrai.com) replaces names, addresses and ID numbers with pseudonyms before the AI model sees the text; town, postal code and dates stay readable. In your own AI client the AI vendor sees the conversation; the tools for AI clients ask for no personal data (postal code or town at most). The service stores no conversations. Agent access (MCP, llms.txt, OpenAPI) follows AICNCT (https://aicnct.com) conventions.
